UXC Eclipse hosts Dynamics 365 Events across ANZ
Over the past few weeks, UXC Eclipse hosted its Dynamics 365 ‘The Art of the Possible’ events across Australia and New Zealand. Joined by keynote speakers from Microsoft, UXC Eclipse demonstrated the power, art, science and reality of moving organisations to the cloud and how they can begin their digital transformation.
Businesses were able to explore the Dynamics 365 offering, gain insight into new licensing models and how they can save money, and, most importantly, saw how they can start their own roadmap to navigate their journey to the cloud.
“Our events provided customers with a clear picture of their future in the cloud,” said Adair Durie, Sales Director ANZ, UXC Eclipse. “A lot of businesses are talking about digital transformation and we wanted to showcase how they can embrace new, digital ways of working.”
Simon Kingston, UXC Eclipse Country Manager, NZ, added, “The feedback from the Auckland event has been very encouraging. We are already talking to several customers about moving their business to the cloud and how this can support their growth and efficiency aspirations. Many of these conversations are around their readiness planning but some are already at the stage of full migration mapping.”
The presentations from Microsoft and UXC Eclipse experts offered interesting insights into Microsoft’s intelligent business cloud and how Dynamics 365:
- brings together industry leading CRM and ERP cloud offerings into one cloud service with specific, purpose-built applications including: Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Field Service, Operations, Marketing and Project Service Automation
- enables greater productivity by deeply integrating with the familiar Office 365 applications to bring together the two worlds of business process and personal productivity
- delivers deeper business intelligence by natively embedding Power BI and Cortana Intelligence to help companies achieve their business goals with predictive insights, prescriptive advice and actionable next steps. Azure IoT brings device data to enable pre-emptive action to business functions like field service
- introduces an adaptable platform with the new common data model and extensible business application platform to enable organisations to transform at the speed of business to meet to market demands and innovate in real-time.
There is no doubt that businesses can get the most of their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions by using everything available in the cloud. Add to that – the intelligence offered by Power BI and Exceed Analytics – and businesses are well-placed to make an informed and insightful journey into the cloud and reap the benefits.
